Background information

The MACS
®
GMP PepTivator Melanoma Select is a peptide pool of 14 lyophilized oligopeptides, consisting of lyophilized MHC class I and class II restricted peptides derived from 5 proteins, commonly expressed by melanoma cells: GP100, MAGEA3, MAGE-C2, NY-ES01 and Tyrosinase. The peptides are restricted for the following HLA-molecules: HLA-A*01, -A*02, -A*03, -A*31, -B*35, -B*44, -C*07, -DR4, -DP4, -DQ6.

Applications

MACS
®
GMP PepTivator Melanoma Select can be used for a variety of applications, for example,
in vitro
stimulation of melanoma antigen-specific CD4
+
and CD8
+
T cells.
This product has not yet been tested in conjunction with the CliniMACS Cytokine Capture System (IFN-gamma).
