Specifications for IgG (H+L) Antibody, anti-human

Overview

Whole IgG antibodies are isolated as intact molecules from antisera by immunoaffinity chromatography. Based on immunoelectrophoresis and/or ELISA, the antibody reacts with whole molecule human IgG. It also reacts with the light chains of other human immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. The antibody may crossreact with immunoglobulins from other species. The Anti-IgG (H+L) antibodies have been developed for the secondary staining of primary human IgG antibodies in fluorescence microscopy.

Applications

  • Detection of primary human IgG antibodies in immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence application.
  • Detection of primary REAfinity antibodies (recombinant human IgG1 isotype) in immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence application.
