Overview

The Hematopoietic Lineage Labeling Cocktail, anti-mouse, Biotin provides an easy means of detecting lineage-positive cells in mouse bone marrow and other hematopoietic tissues. Comprised of a panel of monoclonal antibodies that recognizes all mature hematopoietic lineages, the kit can be used, e.g. for discriminating (gating-out) lineage-positive cells during flow cytometry or for defining KSL cells after magnetic separation with the Anti-Sca-1 MicroBead Kit or CD117 MicroBeads. The biotinylated format provides flexibility when choosing the detection channel.
