Detailed product information

Gas-permeable culture plates have been designed for cell based assays with special requirements for control of gas partial pressure in the cellular environment. The plate bottom is made from thin silicone foil (170 µm) and enables rapid gas exchange between cell culture media and atmosphere (incubation environment). Due to the thin film the application of high resolution immersion objectives with high numerical aperture is possible.
