PBMCs were stimulated with CytoStim for 4 hours or left untreated. Both samples were treated with a CD40 antibody to allow the surface detection of CD154. Subsequently, IL-13-secreting cells were enriched and analyzed for IL-13 secretion and expression of CD154 using the IL-13 Secretion Assay - Cell Enrichment and Detection Kit, and CD154-APC.
