CD11c + DCs were isolated from mouse spleen using CD11c MicroBeads UltraPure, two MS Columns, and a MiniMACS™ Separator. Cells were fluorescently stained with CD11c-VioBlue (# 130‑102‑413) and analyzed by flow cytometry using the MACSQuant ® Analyzer.
