Detailed product information

Background information

The storage of organs or tissue samples may be required if material has to be collected from multiple origins, collected at different points of time, or if it cannot be directly processed. During this period of storage, necrosis and apoptosis must be avoided. Also, cell activation and changes in pluripotency of cells have to be preserved in order to prevent the modification or loss of the functional capacities of cells, such as with immune or stem cells.
