Background information

The CD30 antigen is expressed on small subsets of activated T and B cells, but it is not found on resting lymphocytes or monocytes. CD30 is also expressed by Reed-Sternberg cells of Hodgkin's lymphoma.

For isolation of CD30

cell subsets, the CD30 MicroBeads can be combined with the CD4

T Cell Isolation Kit, the CD8

T Cell Isolation Kit, the Pan T Cell Isolation Kit or the B Cell Isolation Kit (B-CLL).
