Specifications for CD158d (KIR2DL4) Antibody, anti-human, REAfinity™

Overview

Clone REA768 recognizes the human CD158d antigen, a transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptors (KIR) family, expressed by natural killer (NK) cells and subsets of CD8
+
T cells. KIRs recognize polymorphic human HLA class I molecules and have inhibitory and activation functions. Binding of CD158d to its receptor HLA-G leads to the inhibition of the cytolytic NK cell function.
Additional information: Clone REA768 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.

Alternative names

KIR2DL4, KIR103AS, 2DL4, p49, KIR103
