Pro Separator or the Whole Blood Column Kit. No sample preparation is required, including density gradient centrifugation or erythrocyte lysis.
Epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM), which is also known as CD326 and human epithelial antigen (HEA), is broadly expressed on cells of epithelial origin and on epithelial derived tumor cells.
StraightFrom Whole Blood CD326 (EpCAM) MicroBeads are used for the positive selection of viable epithelial tumor cells from peripheral blood of patients with carcinomas.
