Detailed separation procedure

The isolation of CD8

CD45RA

effector T cells is performed in a two-step procedure. First, non-target cells are indirectly magnetically labeled for depletion with biotin-conjugated antibodies against CD45RO and CD56 and an APC-conjugated antibody against CD197 (CCR7), as well as Anti-APC MicroBeads and Anti-Biotin MicroBeads. In the second step, the CD8
+
CD45RA
+
effector T cells are directly labeled with CD8 MicroBeads and isolated by positive selection from the pre-enriched cell fraction.
