Specifications for Pan T Cell Isolation Kit, non-human primate

Overview

The Pan T Cell Isolation Kit was developed for the isolation of untouched T cells from rhesus monkey PBMCs.

Detailed product information

Detailed separation procedure

Non-T cells are indirectly magnetically labeled by using a cocktail of biotin-conjugated antibodies and Anti-Biotin MicroBeads. Highly pure untouched T cells are obtained by depletion of the magnetically labeled cells.

Downstream applications

T cells isolated with the Pan T Cell Isolation Kit are used when direct labeling of T cell surface molecules could interfere with downstream applications, e.g., in studies on T cell activation.
Untouched T cells may also be used for further isolation of specific T cell subsets, such as naive or memory T cells and activated T cells.
