PBMCs were stimulated with CytoStim for 4 hours or left untreated. Both samples were treated with a CD40 antibody to allow the surface detection of CD154. Cells were enriched by using the IL-17 Secretion Assay – Cell Enrichment and Detection Kit. The dot plots show stimulated and unstimulated cells before and after separation.
