For magnetic depletion of non-target cells, PBMCs are incubated with a cocktail of biotinylated antibodies against CD45RA, CD8, CD14, CD15, CD16, CD19, CD34, CD36, CD56, CD123, Anti-TCRγ/δ, and CD235a (glycophorin A) as well as APC-conjugated CD197 (CCR7) antibodies.
