CD56+ cells were isolated from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) using CD56 MicroBeads. Cells were fluorescently stained with Labeling Check Reagent as well as with CD3 antibodies and analyzed by flow cytometry using the MACSQuant® Analyzer. Cell debris and dead cells were excluded from the analysis based on the scatter signals and propidium iodide fluorescence.
