Overview

The HM48-1 antibody reacts with the CD48 mouse antigen, which is a 45 kDa GPI-linked glycoprotein also known as BCM1, blast-1 (human), or OX-45 (rat). CD48 belongs to the SLAM family including CD48, CD244, and CD150. These cell surface receptors were differentially expressed among functionally progenitors.
