Antibody validation for reproducible flow cytometry analysis

Recorded webinar

Producing consistent data in flow cytometry experiments is a challenging endeavor. Besides instrument-related issues, inconsistent reagents are a key source of irreproducible results.

In this webinar, Mona Al-Maarri highlights how Miltenyi Biotec’s antibody production and validation efforts improve the quality and reproducibility of your flow cytometry results. In this 30-minute presentation, you will learn about:

  • The antibody-related reproducibility crisis
  • Common causes of low reproducibility in flow cytometry experiments and lot-to-lot variations of antibody reagents
  • Recombinant antibodies and how they improve reproducibility
  • Quality control and validation steps employed in Miltenyi Biotec´s antibody production
