Anti-IL-1β Pro-form antibodies, mouse

Anti-IL-1β Pro-form antibodies, mouse

Clone: REA577 | Dilution: 1:10
Clone REA577 recognizes the pro-form of the mouse IL-1β antigen, a proinflammatory cytokine which is a member of the interleukin 1 family expressed by monocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells. IL-1β is an important mediator of the inflammatory response, and is involved in a different cellular activities, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Clone REA577 does not detect the active form of IL-1β.
Additional information: Clone REA577 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.

Alternative names

IL-1beta, Il-1b
