TIL analysis in immuno-oncology

TIL research protocol
Overview of steps covered by our TIL research workflow.

Immunotherapy has shown tremendous potential in multiple cancers. However, clinical benefits vary between patients. The research community is therefore intensively investigating how the composition of tumor-infiltrating leukocytes (TILs) contributes to patient stratification and which effects therapeutic interventions have on cell populations within the tumor microenvironment.

Our goal is to support every step of your TIL analysis by providing tools and workflows to maximize the information and data quality obtained from limited tumor material.

Our innovative TIL research solutions include:

  • Optimized tissue storage with the MACS® Tissue Storage Solution

  • Deep phenotyping of the tumor microenvironment by ultra high content imaging with the MACSima™ Imaging Platform

  • Gentle dissociation of tumor tissue with the gentleMACS™ Dissociatior and Tumor Dissociation Kits

  • Isolation of different pure populations of viable mouse and human TILs from dissociated tumor tissue using MACS or REAlease® Technology

  • Gentle sorting of viable immune cells with the MACSQuant® Tyto® Cell Sorter and REAlease® Antibodies

  • Background-free TIL analysis of target cells with the MACSQuant analyzers and the REAfinity™ Recombinant Antibodies
