Advanced illumination optics generates up to six light sheets. Three light sheets each enter the cleared sample from opposite sides at different angles and overlap at their Rayleigh lengths, resulting in homogeneous fluorescence excitation and improved image quality. 

Thanks to the unrivaled degree of automation and its adaptability to many different experimental settings, the UltraMicroscope Blaze is the perfect tool for multi-user environments. Automation features include objective change, focusing, image acquisition, and sample release. This allows you to load all your samples at once and run a pre-set program overnight. Your high-quality 3D data will be ready for you the next morning.

To render samples optically clear for optimal 3D immunofluorescence (IF) imaging, we provide the ready-to-use, non-toxic MACS® Clearing Kit. Our 3D-IF antibodies are validated specifically for whole-mount staining of large, cleared samples. This saves you a significant amount of time that you would otherwise have to spend for validation and optimization. For maximum reliability, ultimately producing highly conclusive results, all our 3D-IF antibodies are functionally validated with the MACS Clearing Kit. Easy-to-follow clearing and tissue staining protocols enable hassle-free 3D imaging.
