Magnetic T cell isolation with MACS® Technology
Reliability now comes with better performance and faster protocols. Our improved MicroBeads and T Cell Isolation Kits allow for high-quality separation of human and mouse T cells within a few minutes.
T cell isolation directly from blood products
StraightFrom™ MicroBeads allow magnetic cell separation directly from human blood products, such as whole blood, buffy coat, or leukoreduction system chambers (LRSCs). CD4+ and CD8+ T cell subsets can be purified using the autoMACS® Pro Separator, the MultiMACS™ Cell24 Separator Plus, or manual separators.

Isolation of cytokine-producing T cells
Cytokine Secretion Assay – Cell Enrichment and Detection Kits are designed for magnetic enrichment and highly sensitive detection of cytokine-secreting cells. This unique technology enables detection of one antigen-specific T cell per million cells.
