TheraSorb® – IgE adsorbers

TheraSorb
®
– IgE adsorbers

The TheraSorb
®
– IgE adsorber is the first specific adsorber to be developed for IgE removal. The monoclonal ligand is directed against human IgE. The TheraSorb
®
– IgE adsorber is indicated where pathogenic immunoglobulin E contributes to the onset of a disease or its progression when patients either demonstrated an insufficient clinical response on guideline compliant standard therapies or when guideline compliant therapies could not be performed due to contra indications and/or side effects. Between the treatments, the adsorbers are stored in a preservation solution and must be kept between 2 and 8 °C.The TheraSorb
