CD68 antibodies, human

Clone: Y1/82A | Dilution: 1:50
The monoclonal antibody Y1/82A reacts with CD68, a 110 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein classified as a lysosomal/ endosomal-associated membrane glycoprotein (LAMP) family member.¹
,
² CD68 is highly expressed by human monocytes and tissue macrophages but also found in subpopulations of B cells, fibroblasts, endothelial, and other cells. It is found predominantely in late endosomal and lysosomal compartments, with a modest level of cell surface expression. Its function has not been fully elucidated.
