CD160 antibodies, mouse

CD160 antibodies, mouse

Clone: REA669 | Dilution: 1:10
Clone REA669 recognizes the mouse CD160 antigen, which is also known as BY55. CD160 is a 27 kDa glycoprotein which is expressed at the cell surface as a tightly disulfide-linked multimer. It binds both classical and non-classical MHC class I molecules. CD160 is a ligand for HVEM (herpes virus entry mediator), which attenuates TCR-mediated signaling. Furthermore it enhances proliferation of activated CD8
T cells and regulates NK cell activation.
Additional information: Clone REA669 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
