CD134 (OX40) antibodies – functional grade, mouse

CD134 (OX40) antibodies – functional grade, mouse

Clone: OX-86
The CD134 antigen, also known as OX40 receptor, is a 50 kDa type I membrane glycoprotein of the TNF/NGF receptor superfamily. It is expressed on activated mouse T cells and B cells. The OX40 receptor binds to the OX40 ligand (CD252) to provide a costimulatory signal which is independent of CD28. The OX-86 monoclonal antibody does not block this interaction and is reported to provide costimulation signals to T cells.

Applications

The CD134 (OX40) pure – functional grade antibody is suited for functional assays, for example, CD28-independent costimulation of T cells, without blocking the binding of OX40 ligand.

Alternative Names

TNFRSF4, Ly-70, OX-40, Txgp1l, Txgp1, ACT35
