CD114 antibodies, human

CD114 antibodies, human

Clone: REA1082 | Dilution: 1:50
Clone REA1082 recognizes the receptor for granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSFR, CSF3) a 130–150 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein of the class 1 cytokine receptor gene family also known as CD114. Ligand binding leads to homodimerization and subsequent signal transduction involving the JAK-STAT pathway. CD114 is expressed by neutrophils at all stages of differentiation but also found on monocytes, endothelial cells, mature platelets, trophoblasts, and placenta.
Additional information: Clone REA1082 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
