CD101 antibodies, human

CD101 antibodies, human

Clone: REA954 | Dilution: 1:50
Clone REA954 recognizes the human CD101 antigen, also known as V7 or IGSF2, which is a 140 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein of the Ig gene superfamily. CD101 is expressed on monocytes, granulocytes, and subsets of dendritic cells (DCs). In addition, CD101 is expressed on certain subpopulations of T cells, in particular about 5–30% of FoxP3
Treg cells in peripheral blood. The interaction of CD101 with clone REA954 has been shown to inhibit T cell activation by allogeneic DCs or CD3 antibodies.
Additional information: Clone REA954 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
