Anti-MDL-1 (CLEC5A) antibodies, mouse

Anti-MDL-1 (CLEC5A) antibodies, mouse

Clone: REA582 | Dilution: 1:10
Clone REA582 recognizes the mouse myeloid DAP12-associating lectin 1 (MDL-1) antigen, also known as C-type lectin domain family 5 member A (CLEC5A) or C-type lectin superfamily member 5 (CLECSF5). MDL-1 is type II transmembrane protein which contains a charged residue in the transmembrane region that enables it to pair with DAP12. MDL-1 is expressed on myeloid cells. It has been suggested, that MDL-1 plays an important role in immune defense as a result of an innate immunity.
Additional information: Clone REA582 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
