Anti-Ikaros antibodies, mouse

Anti-Ikaros antibodies, mouse

Clone: REA919 | Dilution: 1:50
Clone REA919 recognizes the mouse Ikaros protein, also known as DNA-binding protein Ikaros, Ikaros family zinc finger protein 1, or IKZF1. Ikaros is a transcription regulator of hematopoietic cell differentiation of lymphocytes, B cells, and T cells, and functions as a major tumor suppressor involved in human B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. In association with other Ikaros-family members, e.g. Aiolos and Helios, Ikaros forms heterodimers, that are important for normal progression to a mature and immunocompetent state. Ikaros is found in the nucleus to a higher extent in granulocytes, B cells, T cells, and NK cells, and in lower levels in erythroblasts, megakaryocytes, and monocytes.
Additional information: Clone REA919 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
