Preclinical safety assessment of chemicals to evaluate their genotoxic potential is usually performed by using the micronucleus assay. Traditionally, this assay requires manual microscopic analysis which precludes its use as a high-throughput screening tool.

We provide an innovative flow cytometry-based workflow to measure DNA damage in a fast, standardized and automated manner. Using the In Vitro MicroFlow® Kit (Litron Laboratories) in combination with the MACSQuant® Analyzer 10 flow cytometer, this workflow delivers you reproducible and reliable high-content data
