®
– IgE adsorber is intended to be used for immunoadsorption treatment of diseases where pathogenic immunoglobulin E contributes to the onset of a disease or its progression when patients either demonstrated an insufficient clinical response on guideline compliant standard therapies or when guideline compliant therapies could not be performed due to contra indications and/or side effects. Clinical benefit for the removal of free immunoglobulin E has been demonstrated in:
  • Atopic dermatitis
  • Food allergy
  • Allergic bronchial asthma
  • Chronic urticaria
  • Eosinophilic esophagitis
  • Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (Churg-Strauss-Syndrome)
  • Chronic rhinosinusitis
  • Hyperimmunoglobulin E syndrome (Job’s or Buckley Syndrome)
