Specifications for Plexin-B1 Antibody, anti-human, REAfinity™

Overview

Clone REA728 recognizes the human plexin-B1 antigen, a type I transmembrane glycoprotein, also known as semaphorin receptor SEP. Plexin-B1 ia a member of the semaphorin receptor family, which acts as signal transduction molecule in the neuropilin-plexin receptor complex, consisting of neuropilins, MET, and EGF R2. Plexin-B1 is expressed in fetal kidney in a high level, and at lower levels in fetal brain, lung, and liver.
Additional information: Clone REA728 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
