Specifications for Nucleophosmin Antibody, anti-human, REAdye_lease™

Overview

Clone REAL823 is an antibody fragment derived from the full Nucleophosmin antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity.
Clone REAL823 recognizes the human Nucleophosmin antigen, which is also known as NPM. It is distributed in the nucleolus and shuttles between nucleoli, nucleoplasm and cytoplasm and is a member of the nucleophosmin/nucleoplasmin family. Nucleophosmin plays a role in many cellular processes including ribosome biogenesis, centrosome duplication, acting as a molecular chaperone, histone assembly, cell proliferation, and regulation of the stability and activity of tumor suppressor p53.
For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675).
