Macrophages (F4/80 + cells) were isolated from peritoneal cell suspension by using the Macrophage Isolation Kit (Peritoneum), an MS Column, and a MiniMACS™ Separator. The cells were fluorescently stained with Anti-F4/80-FITC and Anti-MHC Class II (I-ab)-PE and analyzed by flow cytometry using the MACSQuant ® Analyzer. Cell debris and dead cells were excluded from the analysis based on scatter signals and 7-AAD fluorescence. |
