Specifications for Calsequestrin 2 Antibody, anti-human, REAdye_lease™

Overview

Clone REAL1060 is an antibody fragment derived from the full Calsequestrin 2 antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity.
Clone REAL1060 recognizes Calsequestrin 2, also known as CASQ2. Calsequestrin 2 is a major Ca2
+
-storage/buffer protein present in the sarcoplasmic reticulum of cardiac (CASQ2) muscles. It plays a role in excitation-contraction coupling in the heart and in regulating the rate of heart beats. Calsequestrin 2 is identified as a breast cancer-related gene in tumor-microenvironment interactions during tumor growth and metastasis.
For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675).
