The iNKT cells were isolated from human PBMCs using Anti-iNKT MicroBeads, two MS Columns, and a MiniMACS™ Separator. Cells were fluorescently stained with Anti-iNKT-PE, CD3-APC, and CD45-FITC and analyzed using the MACSQuant® Analyzer. Gating was performed according to CD45 expression and side scatter properties of the cells. |
