Anti-Mouse IgM MicroBeads

Anti-Mouse IgM MicroBeads are suitable for magnetic labeling and subsequent separation of cells where the primary antibody is of the mouse IgM isotype. They can also be used for direct positive selection or depletion of mouse B cells expressing IgM on the surface.


Anti-Mouse IgM MicroBeads have been used for the isolation of lymphocyte subsets
, for the isolation of murine primordial germ cells
as well as for the isolation of follicular dendritic cells from human tonsils


For positive selection: MS, LS, XS, or autoMACS
Columns. For depletion: LD, D, or autoMACS Columns.
