Detailed separation procedure

For the first separation, non-target cells are labeled with a cocktail of biotin-conjugated antibodies against CD8, CD14, CD15, CD16, CD19, CD25, CD36, CD45RA, CD56, CD123, TCRγ/δ, and CD235a (Glycophorin A) and Anti-Biotin MicroBeads to deplete non-CD4
+
T cells, naive CD4
+
T cells and non T cells. For the second separation, the flow-through fraction of the first separation is labeled with CD197 (CCR7)-PE and Anti-PE MicroBeads for positive selection of central memory CD4
+
T cells.

For the first magnetic separation (depletion): LS or autoMACS
