Specifications for CD300a (LMIR1) Antibody, anti-mouse, REAfinity™

Overview

Clone REA573 recognizes the mouse CD300a antigen, a type I transmembrane protein of the immunoglobulin superfamily, also known as leukocyte mono-Ig-like receptor1 (LMIR1) or inhibitory receptor protein 60 (IRp60). CD300a plays an important regulatory role in cell signaling and immune responses. It is expressed on monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils, mast cells, NK cells, dendritic cells, and on subsets of T and B lymphocytes.
Additional information: Clone REA573 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
