The epitope recognized by Anti-TCRγ/δ MicroBeads is expressed on more than 90% of TCRγ/δ

T cells, which are TCRα/β

, CD2

, CD3

, and CD5

. Almost all cells within this population express CD8a, but not CD4. The TCR complex recognized by these MicroBeads is also found on a subpopulation of intestinal intra‑epithelial lymphocytes.
