Anti-THEMIS antibodies, mouse

Anti-THEMIS antibodies, mouse

Clone: REA659 | Dilution: 1:50
Clone REA659 recognizes the mouse THEMIS antigen, a cytosolic protein also known as Gasp or Grb2-associating protein. THEMIS is only expressed in T cells, highly expressed in thymocytes, especially in immature CD4
thymocytes, and lower expressed in mature T cells. THEMIS plays an important role in positive selection and in the development of single-positive thymocytes.
Additional information: Clone REA659 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.

Alternative names
