CD45RA MicroBeads, human

CD45RA MicroBeads were developed for positive selection or depletion of lymphocyte subsets from human PBMCs.

Background information

CD45RA is expressed on naive CD4
and CD8
T cells as well as on CD8
effector T cells. CD45RA is also present on subsets of B and NK cells as well as on plasmacytoid dendritic cells. The CD45RA antibody recognizes the 220 kDa isoform of the leukocyte common antigen (LCA).
CD45RA MicroBeads are used for the positive selection or depletion of CD45RA
cells. For isolation of CD45RA
T cell subsets, the CD45RA MicroBeads can be combined with MACS
Cell Isolation Kits
or CD4 and CD8 MultiSort Kits
. The CD45RA MicroBeads can also be used to isolate CD45RO
cells from pre-sorted CD4
or CD8
T cells by depletion of CD45RA

Downstream applications

Cells isolated with CD45RA MicroBeads can be used for various studies, such as cytokine expression or receptor signaling.
