Whole Blood B Cell Isolation Kit was developed for the isolation of untouched B cells from anticoagulated whole blood without density gradient centrifugation.

Detailed separation procedure

With the new MACSxpress

^®

Technology, untouched human leukocyte subsets can be isolated from up to 30 mL of anticoagulated whole blood. Non-target cells are removed by immunomagnetic depletion using MACSxpress Beads. Simultaneously, erythrocytes are sedimented, yielding untouched target cells of high purity.

, CD19-PE, and CD20-FITC and analyzed by flow cytometry using the MACSQuant

Analyzer 10. Non-leukocytes, cell debris, and dead cells were excluded from the analysis based on CD45 expression, scatter signals, and propidium iodide fluorescence.
