CD261 antibodies, human

CD261 antibodies, human

Clone: DJR1 | Dilution: 1:11
The DJR1 monoclonal antibody recognizes the human antigen CD261, which is also known as DR4 or TRAILR1. CD261 belongs to the TNF receptor family and is a receptor for TNFSF10/ trail. It promotes the activation of NF-κB and induces TRAIL-mediated apoptosis. CD261 is expressed on spleen, peripheral blood leukocytes, small intestine, and thymus, but also in K-562 erythroleukemia cells, MCF-7 breast carcinoma cells, and activated T cells.
