Overview

Clone REA906 recognizes the mouse Ly-6D antigen, that belongs to the Ly-6 family of murine surface glycoproteins. The Ly-6 family members are normally GPI-anchored, cysteine-rich cell surface molecules, which play a role in neutrophil functions. Furthermore, Ly-6D characterizes the earliest stage of B cell specification and is able to differentiate between B cell and T cell development.
Additional information: Clone REA906 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
