Overview
Clone REA941 recognizes CD370 (CLEC9A) C-type lectin 9A, also known as DC NK lectin group receptor-1 (DNGR-1). It is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein of 264 amino acids expressed at high level on CD8a
+ dendritic cells and at lower level on mPDCA-1
+ plasmacytoid dendritic cells. CD370 (CLEC9A) recognizes necrotic cell associated epitopes and plays an important role in crosspresentation of dead cell derived antigens.
Additional information: Clone REA941 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
