Specifications for CD24 Antibody, anti-rat, REAfinity™

Overview

Clone REA405 recognizes the rat CD24 antigen which is expressed on the surface of cells committed to the B lineage but not on cells of other hematopoietic lineages. CD24 is a glycosyl phosphatidylinositol-anchored cell adhesion molecule which is also known as Heat-stable antigen (HSA) or Nectadrin. It exists in multiple glycoforms and plays an important role in hematopoietic and neural cell development.
Additional information: Clone REA405 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
