Specifications for CD10 Antibody, anti-human, REAdye_lease™

Overview

Clone REAL762 is an antibody fragment derived from the full CD10 antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity.
Clone REAL762 recognizes the human CD10 antigen, also known as the common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA). CD10 is a 100 kDa cell surface molecule identical to human membrane-associated neutral endopeptidase (NEP) and also known as neprilysin or enkephalinase.
Human CD10 is expressed on a wide variety of normal and neoplastic cell types from different tissues including neural and hematopoietic cells.
It is expressed on pre– and pro–B cells and is involved in B cell development and differentiation. The antigen is also present on mature neutrophils, T cell precursors, and some T cell leukemias/lymphomas. Furthermore, CD10 is expressed on neoplastic cells of several B lymphoid leukemias/lymphomas.
Important cell surface marker in the diagnostic of human acute lymphocytic leukemia.
For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675).
