Untouched naive B cells were isolated from human PBMCs using the Naive B Cell Isolation Kit II, an LS Column, and a MidiMACS™ Separator. Cells were stained with a B cell marker, CD19-FITC, and anti-IgD-APC and CD27-PE to discriminate naive B cells (CD19 +IgD +) from other B cells, i.e., memory B cells, activated B cells, and plasma cells (CD19 +CD27 +). |
