Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were first labeled with CD14 antibodies (isotype IgG2a) and subsequently stained with Anti-IgG2ab antibodies. Cells were analyzed by flow cytometry using the MACSQuant® Analyzer. Cell debris and dead cells were excluded from the analysis based on scatter signals and propidium iodide fluorescence.
The Anti-IgG2ab antibody, mouse is suited for flow cytometric analysis of mouse B cells expressing surface IgG2a or IgG2b, for example, memory B cells. The antibody can further be used for the indirect immunofluorescent staining and flow cytometric analysis of cells labeled with primary mouse antibodies of IgG2a or IgG2b isotype.
